Sanzyme Biologics CSR policy provides for promotion of environmental sustainability, ecological balance, conservation of natural resources and maintaining the quality of soil, water, and air; education; preventive healthcare; programmes for the benefit of armed forces veterans, war widows and their dependents, orphans, poor and un-privileged children & women; making contributions to Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund or any other fund set up by Central Govt., for socio-economic development and relief and welfare and other programmes covered under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
CSR committee consists of Mr. SSR Koteswara Rao as chairman and Mr. Jay Soman, Dr. Raunak Jay Soman and Mr. Dhruv Soman as members.
